Reports to : NH Web Corporate Manager

Main Goal
To maximize revenues and profit and to reduce distribution and intermediary costs for hotels
within the NH Hoteles at Corporate Level. Generate sales in line with the overall Marketing,
Sales, Electronic Distribution and Revenue Management strategies.

Key Responsabilities
– Maximize revenue & profit opportunities through direct on-line distribution channels
– Manage, optimize and improve affiliate programs at Corporate Level
– Manage, optimize and improve presence on Cost per Click agreements (aggregators,
comparison websites, etc) at Corporate Level
– Research and create new opportunities and methods to increase online sales and promote
NH brand.
Main tasks & Duties
– Leader the affiliates program at Corporate level, promoting the 350 hotels on the chain
along 22 countries.
o Choose the affiliate partner(s) for each country
o Negotiate terms and conditions for each program
o Define goals and incentive plans
o Result follow-up
o Coordinate actions and results in cooperation with business units

– Manage NH presence on aggregators and comparison sites
o Select the right partners for each market
o Ensure data quality
o Negotiate terms and conditions for each agreement
o Define goals and incentive plans
o Result follow-up
o Coordinate actions and results in cooperation with business units
– Increase traffic through innovative ROI centric online campaigns.
– In collaboration with CRM Manager and web analytics specialist, define and execute
campaigns to target profitable segments within NH website.
– In cooperation with SEO/SEM specialist, identify and develop synergies to strength traffic
acquisition.
– Explore opportunities in social media websites
– Innovation: Research and implement new ways to acquire qualified traffic to the Corporate
website.

Other tasks & Duties
– Guarantees a minimum level of E-commerce awareness and knowledge of the web within
the commercial organization
– Co-ordinates E-commerce activities within the BU commercial organizations.
– In collaboration with web analytics specialist, generate and analyze dash-boards and
reporting regarding electronic distribution area

Requirements
– Demonstrable experience of more than 4 years on marketing online
– We will be considering experience on travel sector, specially airlines or hotels.
